As a Market Research Society Company Partner we comply with the MRS Code of Conduct and apply the professional code to all aspects of our organisation.
We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) as a data controller and comply with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and the Freedom of Information (FOI) legislation.
Since 2021 we have maintained the International Standard ISO 20252:2019 for market, opinion and social research and ISO 9001:2015, the international standard for Quality Management systems. This means we follow internationally accepted standards for quality in research to ensure consistency, reliability, and transparency in all our work.
We are Cyber Essentials accredited; the government-backed scheme, run in partnership with the National Cyber Security that helps organisations protect their personal data from the most common cyber threats.
MRS Net Zero Pledge
We are committed to becoming carbon neutral by 2026, through the MRS Net Zero pledge.
MRS Inclusion Pledge
We have joined the MRS Inclusion Pledge and made five commitments towards creating safer and more representative workplaces. The pledge includes: publishing pay statistics annually, working towards government targets for women and ethnic minorities at board level and improving recruitment practices.
10,000 Black Interns Scheme partner
As part of our commitment to diversity and inclusion we’ve partnered with 10,000 Interns Foundation, a programme that offers paid work placements across a range of industries to young black people in the UK.
